All damages must be signed for by yard.
Do NOT move any vehicles until you inspected all your vehicles in the load line and have damages coded and approved at the same time (see attached).
Damages are required to be coded on your yard exit sheet and signed by rail and turned in at the gate.
You are required to take a picture of yard sheet with damages coded and signed for prior to giving sheet to the gate for yard exit.
Upload yard sheet picture to MAGNUS.
If you need damages verified, or have missing vehicle, or need load pulled call 651-829-7420 from 8 AM - 2 PM.
You cannot go past the load lines into the yard at any time, you must wear reflective vest in yard, flasher on, honk if backing up.
Make sure that you are taking pictures every time of everything required, including vehicle vin plate (See attached).
You may check with Guard to see where your vehicle is in load line pulled up if not pulled call number above to have load pulled. You cannot go past the load lines into the yard at any time.
