High Visibility Clothing required. No cell phone usage while loading! No chains, watches, belt buckles while handling cargo.
Loading hours are 24/7/365.
All shippable inventory must contain a Yellow Tag and the guard needs your Yard Exit Sheet to prepare your load.
Yard will pull your units into a load line. You must take photos of all units and their condition in the Magnus App while next to your truck.
Damage Coding:
Severity 1 & 2 – OK to code on yard exit sheet and ship. Photos of damage to vehicle and photo of coded yard exit sheet must be added to the VIN# in the Magnus App. No other damage disputes will be recognized.
Severity 3: Contact on ground Precision Staff for Signature.
