FAPS / PORTS OF AMERICA / WWS LOADING INSTRUCTIONS
Gate is located on Port Street, just a few yards east of Doremus Ave. Traffic light, no address is available for the security gate entrance.

Hours:
- The operating hours are strictly enforced, pickups are between 5:00 am to 9:00 pm, the driver must be loaded and exited no later than 10:00 pm.
- FAPS employees are here to assist drivers with dead batteries, gas, flat tires, or damages between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm.
Paperwork Requirements & Inspections:
- FAPS facility requests the opportunity to review all damages prior to shipment.
- Driver must leave a pre-printed load sheet / Bill of Lading with the security guard when exiting. Guard does not have a printer.
- Accelerated BOL/Yard Exit Required-Must Include full VIN number, bay location, the color of the vehicle.
- Driver must pull a bar code sticker from each vehicle affixing the matching VIN to the Bill of Lading prior to leaving the facility.
- Driver must inspect the inventory prior to moving the unit. Any incident found must be reported prior to move the vehicle.

- Turnpike exit 14
- Follow signs for Port Newark – Port Street (East)
- Go through the Doremus traffic light over the railroad tracks making a right into security gates, just before the black tanks.
- Note: After the Doremus light make the right into Export Auto Facility.
Bay Locations/Maps:
As for bay locations, we have several areas with similar locations. This is because our processor has their own scanning system which has five digits, but our system can only accommodate four characters.
To determine where the vehicles are parked, we have broken down the facility in sections. The first area is designated Volvo or East of our trailer, Building 326. Due to high inventory volumes the Nissan / Infiniti freight has been staged in many areas.
Bay locations can range from number, letter, and two numbers, sample #L## (1O03, 1P29) are found East of our building 326.
From the main entrance driver has an option to load in two Truck Loading zones. The first nearest entrance or Volvo area and the second to the left of the first stop sign nearest our building 326.
- The E area locations start Right A100 Left A200 heading East to R100 R200 can have up 19 rows (A119 and A219) Herringbone area.
- Just behind E area is Triple Letters they start with A001 – A030 heading south in the yard towards the channel up to P001 – P030.
- We are not currently using the E V area. We do use when volume levels spike.
- The 326 area – In front of building / trailer 326, our main office. Starts from the left to right 0101-0116 first row then 0201-0216 heading south to the channel, ending 3201-3216.
- To the left or West of bldg. 326 crossing over the Railroad tracks brings you to the LA area.
- Separated by the roadway in front of bldg. 262 – processing center
- Northside near fence ZA## area
- South side of roadway LA starts with L### - (L100) can have a ###L (132L) there can be 3 cars in the L row. As the numbers get higher the letter comes after 3 numbers, because the bay is also found in other area in the yard.
- The building or areas 291 and 290 start with Z Letter and two numbers ZI01.
- Auction Area – Starts with Z-Letter and 2 numbers ZG01 area is shared with Maserati freight.
- After Marlin Street – we have a new area. AA01 – AA31 first row through JJ01 - JJ32.
