PRINT YOUR EXIT SHEET PRIOR TO GETTING TO THE YARD AS SECURITY WILL NEED TO CHECK IT!!!
NO SLEEPING AT THE YARD

The yard is located at 8000 Yankee Road, Ottawa Lake Michigan. (MAPS AND PICS ARE BELOW THE YARD INFORMATION)

Drivers can enter the yard to pull or drop vehicles 24/7, if they follow the rules. ○ Example: There will not be anyone here to assist the drivers with bay locations between 2:30AM-7:00AM. Security will be able to assist during those hours. All the aisles are clearly marked (with signs) stating the row. After you go down the rows, you can count the units and know the number. (Example AA023- row AA, count units until 23).
Enter through gate 3, located on Clark Road.
Security will direct you to the proper location for pick up and delivery.
Exit through gate 2.
Please note arrows showing one way direction for entrance and exitOttawa Lake yard is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For assistance within the yard, APT personnel will be available from 7:00AM[1]2:30AM.
To access the vehicle storage yard, Gate 3 is the only gate permitted into the yard. Gate is located off Clark Rd.
To exit the vehicle storage yard, Gate 2 is the only permitted gate to leave the yard.
The speed limit in the yard is 5 MPH.
Drivers must be wearing a high visibility vest.
When dropping off units, ensure units are turned off and windows rolled up after parking in dropzone.
No marking of units, (wipers up, gas door open, flashers/4 ways, mirrors open) in compliance with Stellantis Vehicle Shipping Manual.
All keys need to stay inside the units. Do not take the keys out!
Please make sure that the drivers know that all VINs, dropping off or picking up, must be written on the ingate/outgate sheet, turned into the Security Guard. The Security Guard will provide the driver an ingate/outgate sheet.
Please provide the last 8 of the VIN number and any damage(s) on the ingate and outgate sheet.
If vehicles are being picked up by the driver, a copy of each vehicle’s VSO must be turned into the Security Guard as well as the ingate/outgate sheet. If the vehicle does not have a VSO, write the full VIN on the ingate/outgate sheet.
APT will sign off on damages, 3 or greater. If APT is not available, the Security Guard can sign off on damages.  If a vehicle is tampered with or moved, without damage written on the sheet, we will not sign off on damages. APT must see the damages of the vehicle while the vehicle is sitting in the bay location.
Drivers must be wearing a high visibility vest.
No open-toed shoe.
No smoking in the yard.
Drivers cannot use units as transportation.
Drivers cannot move a unit from bay, until they are ready to load unit onto their truck.
Drivers cannot stage units for truck. Units can only be moved once they are ready to be loaded on the truck. Currently there is not enough room in the loading area for drivers to be staging their loads.
All damages (3 or higher) must be signed off by APT personnel prior from unit being moved from bay.
If the drivers find a no start, inform APT personnel immediately.
